Stallant Health & Wellness is accepting applications for a Sonographer at our newly opened Rural Health Clinic in Highland, CA. This is a key position for an individual dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in conjunction with our care teams and services.

We are seeking a Sonographer who not only values clinical excellence, but also resonates with our belief that the way care is delivered matters as much as the care itself. Duties would include:
- Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations (abdominal, pelvic, vascular, obstetric, thyroid and neck, soft tissue/ musculoskeletal, vascular, renal bladder/ urinary tract) as ordered by providers.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and providers to deliver accurate, timely imaging results.
- Document procedures and findings accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Maintain compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and radiation safety standards.
- Assist with clinic support tasks when imaging volume is low.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification required.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Ultrasonographer license.
- 1–2 years of ultrasound experience is preferred; new graduates may be considered.
- Proficiency in sonographic imaging; excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in a clinical setting.
Salary
- $40 - $60 per hour depending on experience.
