Stallant Health & Wellness is accepting applications for a Sonographer at our newly opened Rural Health Clinic in Highland, CA. This is a key position for an individual dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in conjunction with our care teams and services.

We are seeking a Sonographer who not only values clinical excellence, but also resonates with our belief that the way care is delivered matters as much as the care itself. Duties would include:

Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations (abdominal, pelvic, vascular, obstetric, thyroid and neck, soft tissue/ musculoskeletal, vascular, renal bladder/ urinary tract) as ordered by providers.
Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with physicians and providers to deliver accurate, timely imaging results.
Document procedures and findings accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Maintain compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and radiation safety standards.
Assist with clinic support tasks when imaging volume is low.
Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification required.
BLS/CPR certification required.
Ultrasonographer license.
1–2 years of ultrasound experience is preferred; new graduates may be considered.
Proficiency in sonographic imaging; excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in a clinical setting.

Salary

$40 - $60 per hour depending on experience.
