Position Details:
- Location: Olympia Fields, IL
- Specialty: Ultrasound (Breast, Vascular, General, OB)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in ultrasound technology
- Certifications:
- ARDMS certification preferred
- BLS certification required
- EMR: Experience with Epic is a plus
Qualifications:
- Proficient in performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including Breast and General
- Ability to float between different modalities as needed
- Familiarity with GE, Philips, and Siemens ultrasound equipment
- Strong patient care and communication skills
Duties:
- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations in Breast, Vascular, General, and OB settings
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure accurate diagnostic results
- Document patient information and procedures in the EMR system
- Adhere to safety and quality control standards
