Busy cardiology practice has a need for an Echo Technician. The ideal candidate will independently perform complete echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms according to iCal standards.

About the Position:
- Role: Cardiac Sonographer (Stress Echo)
- Location: Chico, CA, some travel across other clinics
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac diagnostic tests using sonography equipment.
- Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring aseptic technique is followed.
- Obtain and document patient medical history, including vital signs and relevant symptoms.
- Analyze and interpret test results, providing accurate and timely diagnostic evaluations.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans based on test findings.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Light travel between our various Northern California offices to ensure comprehensive coverage and support.
Qualifications:
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
- Proven experience in performing stress echocardiograms.
- Strong knowledge of echocardiography techniques and equipment operation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel within Northern California.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic healthcare team..
