Schedule: 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday
What You Will Do
- Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations, including venous insufficiency studies, DVT studies, arterial studies, and other vascular imaging.
- Accurately obtain and document ultrasound images and measurements according to clinic protocols and diagnostic standards.
- Prepare and position patients for ultrasound procedures while explaining the process and ensuring patient comfort.
- Recognize normal and abnormal vascular anatomy and hemodynamics during ultrasound examinations.
- Ensure images and preliminary findings are properly documented in the electronic medical record.
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure proper functionality, cleanliness, and quality control.
- Work collaboratively with providers and clinical staff to support patient care and clinic workflow.
- Assist providers during ultrasound-guided procedures when needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training, quality improvement initiatives, and process improvements within the clinic.
Basic Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program or equivalent training.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and ultrasound reporting systems.
Preferred
- BLS Certification. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- RPHS – Registered Phlebology Sonographer certification.
- If RPHS certification is not currently held, candidate must be willing to obtain RPHS certification within an agreed timeframe after hire
- Ability to assist with ultrasound-guided procedures.

Pay: $32.00 - $43.00 per hour
