About Us
StreamXCare is hiring for a growing vascular and interventional radiology practice focused on diagnosing and treating venous disease, arterial conditions, and knee pain through minimally invasive care. As we expand our services across New York, we are seeking experienced Vascular Ultrasound Technologists (RVT) to support our growing diagnostic and clinical operations.
We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time candidates as we continue to expand our vascular imaging services.
Position Overview
The Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (RVT) will perform high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations to support the diagnosis and treatment of venous and arterial disease. This role plays a critical part in assisting physicians with accurate imaging for treatment planning and ongoing patient care.
The ideal candidate has strong experience performing venous reflux studies, arterial studies, and vascular diagnostics, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality superficial and deep venous ultrasounds to evaluate varicose veins, venous reflux, chronic venous insufficiency, and deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
- Conduct lower extremity arterial ultrasounds to assess arterial disease and circulation issues.
- Work closely with physicians and clinical teams to support treatment planning for procedures including sclerotherapy, Varithena treatments, and other vascular interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of imaging studies and patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA and clinical regulations.
- Upload and manage imaging studies using PACS systems and imaging software.
- Ensure ultrasound equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and sanitized.
- Provide clear communication and education to patients during examinations to ensure comfort and understanding.
- Support the practice’s growth by helping maintain efficient imaging workflows and high-quality diagnostic standards.
Requirements
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification required (ARDMS or CCI preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vascular ultrasound.
- Experience performing venous reflux studies and arterial vascular studies.
- Experience working with vascular procedures such as sclerotherapy and Varithena treatments preferred.
- Experience with PACS systems and imaging management software.
- Strong understanding of vascular anatomy, pathology, and ultrasound protocols.
- Excellent patient communication skills and attention to diagnostic accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in vascular, vein clinic, or interventional radiology environments.
- Familiarity with arterial disease diagnostics and venous treatment workflows.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish or other languages common in New York) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per week
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
