We are looking for an experienced, certified Ultrasound Tech to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasounds on patients in the arenas of obstetrics and gynecology, as well as providing accurate results and patient education. The ideal candidate will have experience with both 2D and 3D ultrasounds, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Breast certification a plus but we have a training program available at no cost to any applicant hired that is not already breast certified.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasounds for obstetric and gynecologic patients.
- Maintain patient records and provide documentation of procedures including working with our EMR for which training is provided
- Perform quality assurance checks on ultrasound equipment.
- Provide patient education regarding the procedure.
- Provide support to physicians during procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
