We are growing again! Are you a vascular tech in the Flint, Owosso or Lapeer area?
The Vascular Institute of Michigan is looking to add one position to our team of highly skilled vascular ultrasound technicians.
The ideal person will perform in depth vascular ultrasound evaluations at a high technical level not requiring direct supervision. Our technicians are self-motivated with a desire to increase their level of understanding and knowledge in the field of vascular sonography, disease processes, and new procedures.
Our team adheres to the highest standards and have been IAC accredited for over 5 years. We are a close team and strive to work toward the same goals.
Position #1 – Part time (16-24 hours), possibly Full-Time (40 hours) Flint/Owosso/Lapeer clinics
**Training will be done in Flint and Owosso
Job Type: PART TIME/FULL TIME
Job Requirements:
Completion of a formal Vascular Technology training program (PREFERRED) or Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound could be considered with vascular registry completed. Preferred hire would have at least two years of vascular scanning experience and must be registry certified (ARDMS, RVT or CCI, RVS). New graduates must be registry eligible and complete boards within 6 months of hire date.
· Rotation of travel, between techs to our multiple office locations, IS required.
· Coordinates work schedule with lead sonographer to assure workload coverage.
· Must be proficient with computers.
· EMR experience is required.
**Familiar with Medstreaming, Mindray, and Falcon Pro a plus!

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
