- Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier)

Position Summary
The Ultrasound Technologist provides high-quality diagnostic medical sonography services, working independently and collaboratively within the Ultrasound Department. The technologist must demonstrate advanced clinical skills in vascular and obstetric imaging and ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology or Medical Sonography.
- One (1) year of radiologic/imaging experience.
- Specific experience and training in Medical Sonography.
- ARDMS registered or eligibility to obtain registry.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Must maintain all state and federal registries and licenses.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Vascular and Obstetric ultrasound imaging.
- Knowledge of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Proficiency with major medical sonography equipment, related hardware, and software.
- Competence in using personal computers and word-processing tools.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to independently take initiative; sound judgment in decision-making.
- Demonstrates professional maturity, honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and flexibility.
- Ability to work effectively under stress and adapt to new responsibilities.
