Position Overview:
We are hiring a Diagnostic Sonographer to perform high-quality ultrasound exams and deliver accurate, timely results. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with radiologists and healthcare staff.
Schedule:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
- Produce clear, accurate images for interpretation by radiologists.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Position Requirements:
- Be a graduate of an accredited Sonography program.
- Adhere to continuing medical education requirements set forth by the ARDMS and/or ARRT.
- Possess and maintain BCLS certification.
- Have two years of clinical experience as mandated by the accredited sonography program
- Possess/obtain and maintain the following registries: Abdomen, Breast, and RVT.
