Hourly Pay Rate: $38.42 – $56.67
Night Shift Differential: +18%
Weekend Shift Differential: +8%
Featured Role: Sonographer
Under the direction of a qualified physician or supervisor, the Sonographer performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. This role demands both technical expertise and compassionate patient care — applying critical thinking and specialized medical knowledge to produce optimal imaging results.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Radiography or completed certificate program in Ultrasound
- Prefer 2–3 years of ultrasound experience
- ARDMS certification (Abdomen or OB required; RVT or RVS preferred)
- BLS certification (AHA-approved within 3 months of hire)
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (or affidavit at hire)
