We're thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of Archview ER & Hospital, expanding your healthcare options in the neighborhood. To help us launch this new facility, we are seeking a dynamic, energetic Ultrasound Tech to join our team.
We seek an Ultrasound Technologist responsible for patient care, performing ultrasonic diagnostic procedures as directed by physicians, and ensuring patients' comfort.
Qualifications required:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer.
- Certified in diagnostic ultrasound by state regulations.
- Current ARDMS and BLS
Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in EMR systems, including patient history and imaging results.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to discuss findings and assist in patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques.
Experience:
- Sonography: 1 year (Required)
- Hospital: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Required)
