The Role You'll Contribute
Provides management and leadership for the assigned modalities and duties. Responsible for maintaining compliance with the operational budget and assisting with the operational and capital budget planning. Responsible for participating in the strategic planning and goal setting for all departments. Responsible for assuring the quality and scope of services provided in these areas. Provides and promotes a corporate culture that enhances the quality of care and customer service. Also provides leadership to supervisors and all Imaging associates, responsible for building and maintaining a healthy work environment. Sustains outstanding physician, patient, and employee relationships.
The Value You'll Bring To The Team
- Responsible for the oversight of the operations in the assigned department.
- Serves as a contact for customer issues.
- Responsible for staff evaluations.
- Ensure on-boarding of new employees and provides continuing education opportunities for staff.
Required Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- Associate Degree
- 3 years experience in a leadership position such as a Unit Manager, Radiology Supervisor, or Team/Section Leader. Strong knowledge of financial and business aspects of imaging
- Current RN license or ARRT, NMTCB and/or ARDMS registry required.
