Cephasonics is seeking a Sales Development Manager to help drive the next generation of AI-powered medical ultrasound technology.
Cephasonics is a fast-growing ISO 13485-certified technology company developing advanced OEM ultrasound platforms that power next-generation medical devices for robotics, navigation, therapeutic, and imaging applications. Our mission is to enable smarter, AI-ready medical technologies through scalable ultrasound systems that deliver real-time imaging, measurement, and therapeutic capability.
You’ll lead new OEM business development, manage key ongoing customers involved in custom development projects, and identify new emerging business opportunities.
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of med-tech or OEM sales experience, strong technical understanding, and the ability to manage $2–3M in annual development revenue across customer programs. Target commission $200-300K/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new OEM development projects and customer relationships.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing development-stage customers.
- Develop proposals, pricing, and Statements of Work for engineering and system development programs.
- Oversee external sales agents and report weekly to executive management.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align technical deliverables and billing milestones.
- Target and manage customer who generate $2–3 million in annual development revenue.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in medical device, imaging, or OEM technology sales/development.
- Strong understanding of ultrasound, imaging, or embedded systems preferred.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-phase B2B technology projects.
- Excellent communication, technical comprehension, and negotiation skills.
