We are looking for a part time sonographer to join our growing team. Medical care at your family fertility is primarily focused on patients going through fertility treatments. Your skills with gynecologic ultrasonography (specifically transvaginal ultrasound) is needed to help these deserving families.
Ultrasound Techs will be required to:
- Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct examinations
- Communicate with physician and advanced practitioner on findings
Requirements: Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
1-2 years of recent relevant experience
Sonographer will be required to:
- Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct examinations
- Recognize and record appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment
Requirements: Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
1-2 years of recent relevant experience
Qualifications:
Required to have 1-2 years experience in Ultrasound.
2 year Degree with successful completion of an approved one-year program in Ultrasound Technology.
Must hold and maintain RDMS Certification; registry eligible if new graduate and RDMS within 18 months of eligibility.
Must obtain Certification within 12 months of eligibility.
Knowledge of applicable patient positioning and technique selections for modality.
Must be able to stand; sit; walk for extended periods of time with the ability to maintain concentration and attention to detail.
Strong manual dexterity abilities.
Excellent customer service skills with ability to professionally communicate orally and in the written form.
Basic Lifting as required, not to exceed 35 pounds.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays as well as ability to work additional hours as needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $41.07 - $51.10 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
