Digital Strategy Leader, Ultrasound & Digital Radiography

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Strategy Leader to drive the growth and implementation of our expanding digital ecosystem across ultrasound and digital radiography. This leader will champion adoption of advanced solutions such as SonoSync, SmartCenter, and S-Hub, ensuring seamless integration into hospital and healthcare infrastructures—including cloud-based platforms—to support collaboration, connectivity, and growth in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment.
- Build and execute the digital roadmap for ultrasound and radiography platforms with a focus on workflow integration, enterprise connectivity, and scalable cloud-based solutions
- Scale adoption of SonoSync (remote collaboration), SmartCenter (asset/data management), and S-Hub (connectivity and interoperability) to drive measurable customer value
- Ensure integration across diverse hospital systems: PACS, EMRs, RIS, and IT networks
- Partner with healthcare providers, IT leaders, and administrators to align digital offerings with enterprise infrastructure and clinical needs
- Translate complex customer challenges into practical digital strategies that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes
- Lead cross-functional teams with a customer- and employee-first mindset, fostering collaboration across clinical, commercial, and technical functions
- Promote a culture of innovation, agile execution, and continuous improvement
- Monitor industry trends, cloud-based healthcare innovations, and competitor strategies to ensure differentiation and market leadership
- Build partnerships and ecosystems that expand the company’s digital footprint and strengthen its role as a leader in connected imaging
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in digital health, medical imaging, or healthcare IT, with proven leadership in digital transformation and product strategy
- Deep knowledge of hospital and healthcare infrastructure, including interoperability standards, enterprise IT, and cloud-based integrations
- Strong understanding of ultrasound and radiography workflows and the digital tools that enhance connectivity, productivity, and clinical outcomes
- Demonstrated success in delivering growth and adoption in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and change-management skills
- Must be excellent with technology, able to present using a laptop and able demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome
- Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
- Must be able to sit and/or drive for long periods of time when travelling
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8-15 hours) for multiple days
- Regularly exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outdoor weather conditions; extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather).
- Interaction with x-ray devices; for this reason strict safety and tracking programs are in place, requiring the utilization of dose monitoring equipment either full time or as necessitated by situation
- The noise level in the work environment is occasionally very loud.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus
