Performs echocardiography studies and stress ECHOs, analyzing hemodynamic data to support patient care.
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED; an Associate Degree or certification from an accredited Cardiovascular Program is preferred.
- Two years of echocardiography experience is preferred; must be registered as a Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS or RCS) with 6 months to pass the registry if new graduate.
- Must demonstrate competency in skills validation, adapt care based on patient age, and effectively communicate observations to healthcare team.
