Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manager, Diagnostic Imaging Engineering:
- Coordinate equipment moves and projects with vendors and internal departments, ensuring timely completion
- Review construction and project quotes; collaborate with vendors and project managers
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and methods to maintain competitive service delivery
- Oversee workforce performance to maintain quality standards, proper staffing, and training needs
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Biomedical Engineering to develop and enforce policies and procedures
Required Skills for Manager, Diagnostic Imaging Engineering:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Biomedical Engineering Technician
- Minimum of three (3) years working within the specialty of Diagnostic Imaging
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
