Description
Oversee and enhance imaging informatics initiatives, ensuring the optimal integration of imaging technology and data management systems for improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency. You will coordinate with radiologists, IT professionals, and clinical staff to streamline imaging processes, manage workflow enhancements, and leverage data analytics for decision-making. Contribute to the implementation of advanced imaging technologies as well as compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Lead projects aimed at improving the accessibility and usability of imaging data, ensuring that all stakeholders have the resources they need for effective patient care.
Requirements
- Associates degree in, Radiologic Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in imaging informatics or a related field, with a focus on healthcare.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership in a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of imaging modalities and their workflows, including PACS and RIS systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices related to imaging data management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to collaborate effectively across various teams.
