Our Sonographers play a vital role in providing the best-in-class quality patient care in an office setting staffed full time by a surgeon and a physician assistant or nurse practitioner. We focus on medical venous disease and see patients to diagnose and treat DVT, diagnose and treat common venous disorders including vein ulcers. We also do basic arterial work as part of our work up of these patients, but a majority of the work is venous. This position will support our Happy Valley location.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lower extremity venous duplex exams to include both deep vein thrombosis and venous insufficiency studies
· Upper extremity venous studies to evaluate for SVT or DVT
· Pelvic Venous exams to evaluate for obstruction or ovarian vein reflux
· Post ablation follow-up studies
· Carotid ultrasound exams
· AAA ultrasound exams
· ABI exams
· Assist physician with ultrasound guided venous procedures
· Maintain equipment, image storage and assist managing supply inventory
Collaborate with coworkers to maintain efficient patient flow.
QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES INCLUDE:
· Certificate of Completion from an accredited Ultrasound program
· Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Sonographers (RVS)
· Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI)
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Great attitude along with people skill

Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
